I was privileged to attend a food-tasting event on 06302024 at the Smoke & Soul on Wallisville Rd & 610 East.

Chef Phillip Breland hosted a tasting with 8-9 special guests as he went over his dine-in and catering menu!

It was an up close and personal First Class experience in which we could see him in his kitchen, as well as conversations about his style of cooking, and why he uses certain ingredients. We got the history of who he is, and the culture of Smoke & Soul.

I have eaten at many food establishments in my lifetime, but Smoke & Soul offers breathtaking foods that will leave you wanting more.

I even videoed my experience during the tasting to share with and introduce to others, one of Houston's Places to visit if you truly want to experience Houston's Food scene with a Smoke & Soul Flavor.
